Originally known as the Alvin Theatre, the Neil Simon Theatre is a 1,362 capacity performing arts venue located at 250 West 52nd Street in the Theater District of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. There is plenty parking surrounding the Neil Simon Theatre, both on-street and parking garages within 5-15 minutes walk of the venue.

In operation since 1927, it is one of the city’s oldest and most prestigious theatres. Today the venue remains one of the city’s most important venues for Broadway productions.
