Neil Simon Theatre Rules

For the safety, security, and maximum enjoyment of your visit to the Neil Simon Theatre, as well as that of staff and other guests, the company employs several venue policies, outlined below. Please observe these and follow them closely during your visit.

Age Restrictions

All patrons entering the venue must have a valid ticket. Children below the age of 4.

Alcohol

Alcohol will only be served to those able to present valid ID (military ID, driving license, or passport).

Late Seating

The Neil Simon Theatre has a very strict late seating policy – guests not seated by the time Act I begins will be asked to wait in the lobby until appropriate breaks in the performance. For Act I, the hold lasts typically around 22 minutes, and around 10 minutes for Act II. There is a monitor by which late guests will be able to watch the show until this point, but to avoid frustration we strongly urge guests endeavour to be in their seats well before the show start time.

Smoking

Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the Neil Simon Theatre.

Most importantly, when enjoying any show or event at Neil Simon Theatre please follow the Golden Rule: Be respectful and mindful of the others around you.
